Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 18, 2025 · Last updated: June 18, 2025
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Tensor Security Academy platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Tensor Security Academy ('TSA', 'we', 'us', or 'our') website and platform at tensorsecurityacademy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, students, instructors, and any other users of our platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Provided
Tensor Security Academy provides cybersecurity education, training programs, professional certification courses, mentorship sessions, hands-on labs, and related consulting services (collectively, 'Services').
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice. TSA shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must notify us immediately at abrar@tensorsecurityacademy.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
TSA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
4. Course Enrollment & Payments
By enrolling in a paid course or program, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation. TSA reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon the next billing cycle or enrollment period.
For group enrollments or corporate training, separate agreements may apply. Please contact us for custom pricing and terms.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible courses, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. To request a refund, contact abrar@tensorsecurityacademy.com with your order details.
Mentorship sessions, live workshops, and one-on-one consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
TSA reserves the right to decline refund requests if evidence of course content downloading, sharing, or abuse is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the TSA platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, lab environments, and assessments — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tensor Security Academy or its licensed content partners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform, lab environments, or proprietary tools is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Code of Conduct
Users of TSA are expected to uphold a professional and respectful standard of conduct. You agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or harmful to other users or TSA staff.
Any knowledge gained from TSA's cybersecurity courses must be applied ethically and legally. Using skills learned on TSA for unauthorized access, hacking, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Community discussions, forums, and group chats must be kept professional. Spam, off-topic content, and unsolicited promotion are not permitted.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TSA provides its services on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
TSA does not guarantee that completion of any course will result in employment, certification from third-party bodies, or any specific career outcome. Career outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSA's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 12 months.
9. Privacy
Your use of TSA's services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of TSA's services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
